The GPT Group, in partnership with NAB, has won the The State Partnership Of The Year Award at the Victorian CitySwitch Awards for their combined efforts to improve 800 Bourke Street's energy performance and sustainability, improving the building's certified NABERS Energy rating from 4 Stars (base building) to 5 Stars.
